The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of a bottle including a cap, a widened and curved mid-section, a prominent curved taper up to a neck and a more gradual taper down to a bottom. The wording "RUMCHATA" appears across the mid-section of the bottle in gold font. The bottle is white. A diagonal band appears across the lower portion of the bottle in light brown. Centered on the diagonal band is a depiction of a brown chocolate truffle, being a confection with a textured top and surrounding crumbs. The cap is a gold color and has a cylindrical shape which is taller than it is wide, a flat top, and a smooth side surface with a pair of outward rings separated by an inward ring toward the lower part of the cap. The broken lines depicting the shape of the bottle cap indicate placement of the bottle cap portion of the mark on the goods and are not part of the mark.
