The mark consists of a two-dimensional design of a stylized maple leaf design with a hockey player with the word "Canada" on the front of the hockey jersey and striping on the front and back of the sleeves and front and back of the hockey jersey. A design consisting of the top half of a maple leaf is on the upper part of each sleeve of the hockey jersey. A pattern consisting of maple leaves and stylized maple leaf designs with a hockey player and the word "Canada" underneath appears debossed around the middle part of each sleeve. A maple leaf pattern is visible on the shoulder cap and front and back of the hockey jersey. Three eleven-point maple leaves appear in a row on the back of the jersey. The attached drawing shows two aspects of the same mark, front and back. The matter shown in dotted outline, namely, the shape of the jersey, does not form part of the mark. The stylized maple leaf design with a hockey player set out on the front of the white jersey is in red, white, black, and gold, along with the word Canada underneath in red. The upper part of the sleeves, front, and back of the jersey each appear in red with a maple leaf pattern in white. The design consisting of the top half of a maple leaf on each sleeve is in white. The middle arm band pattern on each sleeve that consists of maple leaves and stylized maple leaf designs with a hockey player with the word Canada underneath is in white. The striping on the bottom of the jersey and each sleeve is in red. The three eleven-point maple leaves in a row on the back of the jersey are in gold.
