The mark consists of two concentric circular rings of uniform solid dots surrounding a prominent open center. Each ring contains thirty evenly spaced dots. The radius of the inner ring is approximately seven-eighths the radius of the outer ring, such that both rings of dots occupy a narrow band at the outer perimeter of the mark. The dots of the outer ring are offset by one half-step such that each outer dot is positioned between two adjacent inner dots, creating an alternating staggered pattern. The dots in both rings are of equal size. No claim is made to any particular color.
