The mark consists of a three-dimensional trade dress of a label design as applied to a beverage can. The trade dress features a predominantly blue background. Multiple horizontal bands in varying shades of blue and white extend across the label. A large white horse design shown in profile is centrally positioned on the label and appears over portions of the horizontal banding. The horse design includes stylized letters “M” and “T” displayed on the body of the horse and a blue outline appearing along portions of the horse design. Behind the horse design appears a stylized multi-colored design element in shades of yellow, orange, and dark purple extending diagonally across the label. The top rim of the can, the bottom of the can, and the dotted lines outlining the can are intended to show the position of the mark on the can and are not part of the mark.
