The mark consists of the configuration of a handbag, having a vertically oriented rectangular body with rounded corners on all four sides, and symmetry along the vertical axis with a smooth, uninterrupted perimeter edge and a double-stitched border tracing the full outline of the bag body. The front face of the bag includes a raised, slightly protruding front zip pocket, with a curved lower edge that mirrors the rounded corner geometry of the bag body and the pocket is outlined by a continuous visible closed-end metal zipper. The top of the bag has a raised, dome-shaped flap that connects to the crossbody shoulder strap, and a narrow lip visually separates the flap from the bag body along the closure line. The bag includes a coordinating pull tab accessory, attached via a lobster clasp to a short, upright tab that terminates in a D-ring hardware element on the top center of the bag. At the lower left and lower right of the back of the bag, two D-ring hardware attachment points are symmetrically positioned at the base of the bag which are attached to the body of the handbag with a triangular support system. These D-rings anchor the adjustable crossbody shoulder strap, which connects to the D-rings via a swivel lobster clasp. The rear exterior of the bag features the debossed word “Cakes” and “Concealed Carry” as a subtitle. The rear exterior panel of the bag features a full-sized open-top slip pocket.
