The mark consists of In stylized font and all capital letters appears the word “SHADOWBOX” in which “SHADOW” appears in bold black font and is underlined with a similar black bold line, in which the beginning and end of the line are angled forward, and in which “BOX” appears in white lettering outlined in black, meanwhile below the word “BOX” appears the same stylized and capitals font forming the word “SOLUTIONS,” the word “SOLUTIONS” appearing in black bold font that is smaller in size than the word “SHADOWBOX”, all text being preceded by the image of hexagons inside of hexagons, where 2/3 of the innermost white hexagon is in solid black shadow and the hexagon being outlined in black, moving outward, a white hexagonal outline forms a border around the innermost hexagon, moving outward still the white hexagon is bordered by the outermost hexagon, in which 2/3 of the outermost hexagon is in black shadow and the other 1/3rd is white, and in which the entire outermost hexagon is outlined in black.
