The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of a ladder-stabilizing apparatus consisting of eight views of the configuration. The apparatus has a generally inverted triangular shape being larger at the top and tapering to a narrow tip at the bottom. Along the upper left edge of the top of the front-facing drawing is a rectangle divided in half horizontally with the words "LOCK JAW" divided by a jagged line in the upper half above the wording "LADDER GRIP"; in the center between the upper and lower halves there is a triangular design. The broken lines depicting the clamping jaws; the locking bar and oblong opening therefor; the clamp-operating handle with lock-and-release trigger; the rubber feet for protecting clamped surfaces; the attachment hole and ring for carabiner; and the screw heads, nuts, and openings providing access thereto indicate the shape and/or placement of the mark on the goods and are not part of the mark.
