The mark consists of a label design being an elongated rectangle with cut lower corners, rounded corners at the top leading to angled shoulders meeting a semicircular projection at the top, the label framed with a gold edge having a thin red line at its center, the projection containing a circular design in red with a gold line inner circle and within a gold stylized imperial eagle; in the center of the label is a red field having a straight top, rounded top corners, inwardly angled sides and a rounded bottom, the red field having a gold outer edge, a light red outline inside the outer edge and a spaced apart thin light red outline within the light red outline, a pair of gold laurels with stems crossed on the red field near the top; extending from the bottom of the red field is a gold crescent; at the bottom of and within the elongated rectangle is a red trapezoidal cartouche with thin gold outline; the elongated rectangle having a background design of red and dark red wavy lines angling downward and to the right to form a wood grain pattern.
