The mark consists of a three-dimensional design of the exterior side surfaces of a drinking glass, the design comprisesa first portion of the glass comprising a map of a geographical location, a second portion comprising the name of the geographic location; a third portion comprising a third party business identification, and a fourth portion of the glass comprising the phrase THE VINTAGE ROUTES.COM; wherein in the first portion a hand drawn geographic map of the geographic location is on the exterior side surface of the glass, the geographic map wrapping around approximately seventy-five percent(75%) of the exterior side surface and extending from proximate the bottom of the glass to proximate the top of the glass, the geographic map made up of intersecting lines representing streets and rivers and lakes of the geographic location, wherein the second portion of the glass comprises the name of the geographic location on the exterior side surface of the glass and centered between the bottom of the glass and the top of the glass, the letters of the geographic location oriented parallel to the central axis of the glass, the second portion of the glass wrapping around approximately twenty-five percent (25%) of the exterior of the glass and not extending into the first portion, wherein a third portion of the glass comprises the third party business identification overlaying the geographic location on the first portion of the glass, the letters of the third party business identification oriented in a direction extending transverse to the central axis of the glass, wherein the fourth portion of the glass overlaps the first and second potion at the bottom of the glass and includes the name THE VINTAGE ROUTES.COM in a generally rectangular box, the name and the box on the exterior side surface of the glass.
