The mark consists of a pair of gold concentric partial circles open at the bottom and at the top, both circles increasing in width from the bottom towards the top, a series of geometric figures at the bottom, drawn in red resembling an open book with white pages and centrally located with respect to the ends of the partial circles, the inner surfaces of the book transitioning from red to black; a pair of forearms and respective open hands emerging from the center of the book towards the top, the forearms and fingers of the hands transitioning from red to black, a red first silhouette between the hands resembling an upper human torso and head, both in red, and with that head tilted to the right, a second white silhouette above the first silhouette resembling another torso and a head tilted to the left, and a third silhouette above the second silhouette, the third silhouette resembling a human torso and a head tilted to the right, the third silhouette being red and transitioning to black, a red geometric shape resembling the outline of a fountain pain above the third silhouette and extending through the top opening of the concentric circles, a set of three gold stars within an upper left quadrant of the disk defined by the concentric partial circles, and a set of two gold stars within an upper right quadrant of that disk defined by the concentric partial circles.
