The certification mark, as used or intended to be used by persons authorized by the certifier, certifies or is intended to certify that the authorized individual is a licensed attorney who has met the certifier’s standards of competency in digital estate planning and administration relating to digital assets and online accounts, including identification and documentation of digital assets, secure handling of digital access information, and demonstrated knowledge through education, experience, and examination.
