The mark consists of "e2 effective elders" rendered in Palatino Linotype font, with the first "e" and "2" rendered the same vertical height, and "effectiveelders" written together without a space; the initial "2" and "elders" always rendered in a lime green, with the initial "e" and "effective" rendered either in black (over light backgrounds) or rendered in white (over dark backgrounds). "e2:effectiveelders" may be rendered with "e2" centered-above "effectiveelders" or they may all be in one horizontal line. "e2" (again, rendered at uniform height) may also appear in a lime green circle in certain marketing applications.
