The certification mark, as used or intended to be used by authorized organizations, certifies that the vendor credentialing organization has met the certifier’s established standards for competency verification, data integrity, compliance with CMS Conditions of Participation, Fda requirements and adherence to healthcare facility regulatory requirements, operational accuracy, privacy and security practices, and overall organizational performance for credentialing non-hospital personnel.
