The mark consists of a depiction of a multi-colored parrot with its wings spread on each side. The parrot is wearing brown colored flight goggles with orange rims and a brown buckle on the sides as well as an aqua blue and teal scarf that is wrapped around its neck and the two ends fall behind his body. The parrot has a pair of claws consisting of three talons on each claw with two in the front and one in the back. The claws are gripping a silver wrench between the front two talons and the back talon. The parrot has an orange and yellow beak that is open and showing a red colored tongue inside of a black mouth. The outermost part of the parrots wings and tail are colored in a teal and fade inwards to dark yellow, bright yellow, orange, and red. The feathers on the head of the parrot span outward from yellow to orange to red. The parrots left eye is covered by its beak while the right eye is visible with the pupil being aqua and fading into blue, surrounded by white and then a purple outline for the shape of the eye. The entire depiction is outlined in purple around its glasses, beak, head, claws, feathers on the wings and tail, and around the tail of the scarf.
