Nonprofit civic and social services, namely, real estate syndication and investment management for affordable housing projects qualifying for low-income housing and/or other tax credits and other community development projects; investment services, namely, asset acquisition, consultation and development services for affordable housing projects qualifying for low-income housing and/or other tax credits and community development projects; facilitating and arranging for the financing of activities that promote the creation of affordable housing and community development; real estate investment services for real estate developers, investors, and owners, namely, financially sponsoring low-income housing tax credit funds, high-yield debt funds, high-yield commercial mortgage-backed securities funds, real estate equity funds, real estate securities opportunity funds; financial services for real estate developers, investors, and owners, namely, the provision of first mortgage loans, multi-family term loans, mezzanine loans, bridge loans, mezzanine loans, equity loans, tax-exempt bond financing, and low income housing tax credit equity; financial investment services, namely, providing working capital for low-income housing or historic tax credit projects
