The mark consists of a circle shaded green and from the outside in: a singular thin green line outlining the outside edge of the circle, within that a thin white line tracing a circle, then a thick green circular stripe tracing a circle between the thin white line above and another thin white line tracing an even smaller circle at the bottom of the green stripe; within the thick green stripe contains the word “Equis” at the top and “Cafeteria” at the bottom in white and identical white wavy lines of miscellaneous design to the left between the “E” of “Equis” and the “C” of “Cafeteria” and the other to the right between the “S” of “Equis” and the “A” of “Cafeteria”. Then at the center of the circle, outlined by the thin white line at the bottom of the thick green circle stripe, is a smaller circle shaded yellow containing depiction of a stylized white cup with a lid and stem containing a circle shaded orange at the top and red at the bottom with two wide white slightly wavy lines making a wide shape of an “x” and beneath the cup is a sandwich with two brown buns at the top and bottom of the sandwich containing red, green and yellow lines and shapes depicting lettuce, tomatoes, ketchup, cheese and chicken.
