The mark consists of the three-dimensional configuration of a bottle seen from multiple views as shown in the drawing: The bottle has a slender and generally cylindrical body that gradually tapers upward toward the neck. The outer surface of the bottle features a series of asymmetrical, embossed, wave-like contours lines or grooves in the bottle extending diagonally across the front, back, and sides of the bottle from the lower portion upward toward the shoulders of the bottle creating a fluid, sculptural appearance. At the upper portion, the bottle narrows into a short neck topped by a rectangular cap.The cap features a broken horse bit on the front and has engraved wording around its perimeter consisting of the phrase “FREE TO LIVE THE LIFE YOU CHOOSE” which may appear in whole or in part. The top of the cap features a circular emblem design composed of an interwoven knot-like pattern formed by four horseshoes repeating in a circle and inside of the circle are four broken horse bits that resemble four uppercase letter “T”’s that meet at the bottom of the letter in a circle formation with a small circle in the center of where the four “T”’s meet. The same emblem appears embossed on the front shoulder of the bottle centered directly beneath the neck of the bottle.A rectangular label appears on the front of the bottle near the base containing the word “UNBRIDLED” in bold uppercase letters and the word “SPIRIT” directly underneath that in smaller uppercase letters. Beneath this wording appears the wording “KENTUCKY STRAIGHT BOURBON” in uppercase letters that are smaller than the word “SPIRIT” and the word “WHISKEY” in larger uppercase letters. Beneath the word “WHISKEY” is a thin line with a small space above it that starts at the end of the “W” and ends at the end of the “E”. Beneath the thin line contains the wording “100 PROOF” in smaller capital letters, and beneath that wording appears the wording “50% ALC./VOL. 750 mL”. A corresponding rectangular back label appears in a similar position containing standard product and regulatory information. Beneath the regulatory information is a design pattern of a chain that is broken in the middle.
