Sitting atop "O-RING" is a yellow cowboy hat, shaded in dark red and dark blue. The hatband appears in dark blue with a red five-point star in its center. The red star is flanked by two orange stars, followed by two white stars on either side, followed by two yellow stars near the outer side of the hatband. A white five point star appears in the north region of the state and the southern end.
