The mark consists of the stylized wording "KNOWTINI" appearing within an octagonal border at the top of the design. Below the wording is the design of a cocktail glass containing liquid, olives, and a stir stick. Ornamental floral and vine-like scrollwork surrounds the central design. On and beneath the cocktail glass and incorporated into the scrollwork are blank scroll-like banners, one larger banner appearing on the stem of the cocktail glass, one directly below the glass and one banner appearing near the bottom of the design. In the bottom half of the scrollwork appears the depiction of a pair of eyeglasses above a bowtie. The part of the design with the scrollwork, glass and banners is contained within a rectangular border with ornamental corners.
