The certification mark, as used by authorized persons, certifies that the goods/services identified comply with the applicant’s content standards. These standards relate to the quality, integrity, and appropriateness of subject matter in entertainment and informational media. The applicant does not itself produce or market the certified media, but authorizes use of the certification mark by entities meeting these standards and exercises legitimate control over use of the certification mark.
