The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of a lighter in the shape of a torch gun with an upright cylindrical base, a barrel extending forward and slightly upward from the upper end of the cylindrical base, a depressible thumb trigger at a rear end of the barrel, a nozzle at a front end of the barrel, rear ends of the barrel and the cylindrical base bulge outward underneath the thumb trigger, and a lower surface of the barrel is curved from the nozzle to the cylindrical base.
