The mark consists of a circular design outlined with two concentric blue circles. Also within the outer bands of the circle appear two solid blue five-pointed stars, one appearing on the left and one appearing on the right. Also within the outer bands of the circular design are two Chinese characters, appearing in blue. Inside the central area of the circle is a stylized design of a blue paint brush handle with the bristles of the brush represented by three curved lines, one in green, one in orange, and one in blue. White is not claimed as a feature of the mark and merely represents background.
