The mark consists of a circular design. On the left side of the circle are two stylized palm trees, one taller than the other, with the taller palm tree extending slightly beyond the upper boundary of the circle. To the right of the palm trees, within the circle, is a stylized wave design curling inward. Positioned above the wave and to the right of the palm trees is a depiction of the sun.
