The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of a packaging bottle. Atop the bottle is a neck portion. Encircling the bottom of the neck portion is a ring shape adjoining the lower portion of the bottle. The front wall of the bottle below the neck portion consists primarily of a upright rectangular shape. The side and back walls curve around behind the front wall, the curvature of the side and back walls around the enclosed portion of the body of the bottle consisting of a horseshoe shape. At the bottom of the bottle, beginning on the sides of the front wall of the bottle and wrapping completely around the side and rear walls of the bottle is a representation of a horseshoe, more clearly visible when viewing the bottom of the bottle. The open portion of the horseshoe adjoining the front wall of the bottle creates an opening elevating the central portion of the front wall above any flat surface upon which the bottle may be positioned. The broken lines towards the top of the bottle depict a bottle top and cork to indicate placement of same on the bottle but are claimed as part of the mark.
