The certification mark, as used by authorized persons, indicates an individual is qualified to design, sell, install or maintain photovoltaic systems in a supervised capacity having demonstrated introductory knowledge and skills in the renewable energy field in accordance with the requirements established by the certifier, namely, the successful completion of a knowledge-based examination, and continuing education.
