The mark consists of a three-dimensional substantially curvilinear shape of a jewelry ring, as viewed from a front view of the ring, the shape having an arched, upward then downward curving section towards and over the top of at least a portion of a center stone piece (the center stone piece does not form part of the trademark) extending from the back of the ring to at least the top-left side of the center stone piece and an arched, downward then upward curving section towards and over the bottom of at least a portion of the center stone piece extending from the back of the ring to at least the bottom-right side of the center stone piece.
