The certification mark, as used by persons authorized by the certifier, is intended to certify that the respective manufacturers, when the mark is affixed to their advertising and promotional materials, including certificates indicating compliance with Applicant's certification standards, comply with certain guidelines and standards relating to product manufacturing, quality, safety and/or performance.
