The mark consists of Stylized text of: "Franco's Spices of the Caribbean" above a detailed illustration of a Pirate Skull wearing a spotted bandana, an eye patch, an earring, and with a dagger in it's mouth. The mark is in an arrangement similar to that of a traditional Pirate Flag, but instead of the familiar Skull and Crossbones over a black flag, we feature a Skull over a Fork and Knife. The Fork and Knife take the place of what would have been bones in a traditional Pirate Flag arrangement.
