The mark consists of the stylized, blue lettering "EHS" which has black shading and is located above and appears in larger font than the stylized, black wording "INC.ORG". Behind the lettering "EHS" is an abstract design formed by two green curved bands, the first of which starts at the letter "E" of and curves up behind the "EHS" lettering and comes down over the "O" of ".ORG" and then bounces upward and down again in a smaller, green arc ending over the end of the letters "RG". Between the two curves is a small, green oval with pointed ends appears at the point where the band arcs upward again.
