The mark consists of . . . a stylized depiction of the letter ‘Q’ formed by a thick inner, incomplete circular outline intersected at the lower center by a vertical, anchor-shaped bar. Radiating outward from the circle in the lower right-hand quadrant are equally spaced sharp-angled segments resembling compass point or mechanical gear teeth, giving the mark a radial, directional appearance. The rest of the thicker circle is surrounded by a thinner incomplete circle that almost meets up with the mechanical gear teeth, forming gaps on either side of the angled ends. The central ‘Q’ design may symbolize quality, safety and navigation. The design is rendered in a black-and-white color scheme. Color is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
