The mark consists of a banner in which the uppermost border is a horizontal line, the left portion of which depicts a stylized image of a mountain, below which appear the terms "LONE MOUNTAIN" in all capitals, with the initial letter "L" and the final letter "N" in a larger font size than the other letters and positioned so that the tops of each letter are aligned so as to be flush with each other, and the bottoms of the initial letter "L" and the final letter "N" extend below the bottoms of the other letters, below which appear the terms "LAND COMPANY" in all capitals and in a smaller font size, positioned between the lower portions of the initial letter "L" and the final letter "N" of "LONE MOUNTAIN", with two horizontal lines extending before and after the terms "LAND COMPANY" and flush with the bottoms of the letters thereof.
