The mark consists of The mark consist of the literal elements Culichi Hibachi. It has a red Tomato on each side. The right side tomato has a chef hat outlined in black with a green tomato vine coming out the forehead with what looks to appear like an angry look as it's eyes are slanted downward and wrinkled inbewteeen the eyes with a full row of teeth and a white chef apron. The Tomato is wearing black gloves and black boots and carrying a gray spatula on its hand. The lettering Culichi is a round 3D font with a blue top and black lower part of the letters. They are outlined in black with multiple outlines and have specs of white around the inner part of the outline to give better contrast. It also has streaks of pink, purple, and gray throughout the lettering. The background of the lettering is placed on a gray foundation surrounded by a black to pop the letters out better. The lettering Hibachi is in shades of grey from light to dark starting at the top with the lighter gray and ending in a darker gray at the bottom of the words. The font is some type of block letters hinting into a Chinese style font. The letters Hibachi are outlined in black with white outline on the inside of the black outline and also have streaks of lighter and darker gray on the top half of the lettering. In between the letters culichi and hibachi is a streak below the "hi" in culichi and above the "chi" in hibachi it is also outlined in gray with inner outlines of white and shades of purple,pink, blue and black. Then there is a tomato to the lower left of the lettering. The Tomatoe is red with a white and beige chef hat outlined in black and a Tomatoe vine in the forehead. This Tomato appears to be angry with the eyebrows slanted down and an open mouth. The tomato had specs of yellow on the top of the forehead below the green vine and also on its cheeks. The tomato is wearing a green Japanese style outfit with white and beige shoes and is carrying a samurai sword on its hand appearing to be crossed in front of its body.to the bottom right of the mark is a symbol of the state of Sinaloa Mexico which is in blue lettering and a black background with the cathedral of the city to the right of the symbol..
