This certification mark, as used or intended to be used by persons authorized by the certifier, certifies or is intended to certify that a clinical site, staff and Investigator at the site has fulfilled the minimum requirements for clinical research start-up and are able to successfully run clinical trials. This means that all staff have been trained and allocated and educated to participate as clinical research staff to include GCP training that is current. This also means that all regulatory is in place or submitted as required by IRB, local and/or federal and state agencies. All equipment has been checked and logs and documentation strategies are in compliance with ALCOA, GCP, GLP, Device, CFR, FDA, HHS and any other government or regulatory oversight. The certification will be dated and will be good for one year after passing off a checklist of mandatory items before starting, and during clinical research for that year. Each year this must be renewed, and all documents and compliance reviewed in order to retain certification for the next year.
