The mark consists of a thick black circle, and inside that circle, a smaller circle consisting of a white braided celtic knot circle outlined in black and three times the width of the former circle, and inside that circle, a thick black circle the same width as the first black circle, and inside that circle a white circle, one third the width of the surrounding black circle, and within that circle a thin black circle, and within that circle the roman numerals I,II,II,III,VIII,IX, X, XII and XIII as on a clockface and progressing clock wise around and within the white circle and visible or partly visible, and within that circle and forming the bottom edge to the roman numerals a thin black circle, and from the bottom edge of this outer thin black circle encompassing the clock face and progressing to the top of the thin black circle encompassing the clock face three thick black lines resembling a tree trunk or a peace sign and progressing upwards to the edge of the white circle, thick black lines resembling tree branches and leaves as well as celtic knots and smaller black loops also resembling branches of a tree.
