The mark consists of the design of toy packaging for stackable toys comprised of an inner and outer layer of packaging. The inner layer individually wraps each toy in closed packaging decorated with the word "cuteables" in bubble lettering that repeats and wraps across the face of each side of the packaging such that the literal ornamentation fills nearly the entirety of the space on each face. The outer packaging encloses all of the individual inner packages in a rectangular shape. The outer packaging opens at either end such that the individual inner packaging can be removed one at a time, with the outer packaging being closed over to secure the remaining inner packages. The outer packaging is decorated with a checkerboard background, the word "CUTEABLES" in bubble lettering on one side, and images of toy figures on either side of the word "CUTEABLES" as well as on the other three sides of the packaging. The matter shown in the broken lines, reflecting examples of toys for which the packaging may be used, is not part of the mark.
