The mark consists of two lines of text: the upper line is comprised of the letters "HIGLEY" which utilizes negative space in letters I, G, L and Y to make the letters appear to have a diagonal line from the lower portion of the I, through the G and cutting off the top of the L, and another line at a sharper angle cutting diagonally through the Y; the second line contains the word "CONSTRUCTION" in capital letters in a much smaller font size.
