The mark consists of a motion mark in color. The motion mark consists of an articulated monogram having a circular ring circumscribed around a square ring, with four cylindrical bars inscribed within the square ring to divide the square ring into eight equal pie segments, the entire assembly having a three-dimensional metallic gold appearance. The nature of the motion is that of the circular ring, square ring, and group of cylindrical bars each spinning through a half revolution on different axes under directional lighting. The stills are arranged consecutively from near the beginning to near the end of the motion, with each end of the motion presenting all elements of the monogram facing the viewer. The stills follow a progression from top left (first still) to bottom (5th still), progressing left to right and then top to bottom. In the first still, the circular ring has just begun to spin upwards and to the right, and the square ring and group of cylindrical bars have just begun to spin upwards and to the left. In the second still, this motion continues, with different portions of the elements illuminated as they rotate towards the light source. In the third still, the motion of the circular and square rings continues, and the group of cylindrical bars has begun to spin within the square ring about the horizontal bar of the group. In the fourth still, the motions have continued and what was originally the back side of the square ring is swinging in to view. In the fifth still, the motions have continued with the original backsides of all elements now visible and the monogram nearing a final position that mirrors the original position in appearance.
