Charitable services and charitable foundation services, not including charitable auction services, namely, promoting and assisting communities and families by providing financial assistance to meet the physical, psychological, social and other special needs of children; charitable services and charitable foundation services, not including charitable auction services, namely, promoting and assisting communities and families by providing financial assistance to promote and assist early childhood education, youth development, workforce and employment training, and community revitalization; providing grants for assisting communities, for assisting families, early childhood education, youth development, workforce and employment training, and community revitalization
