Software as a Service (SAAS) line of structured finance services featuring: a software platform for the funding, management, securitization and administration of mortgage loan portfolios; a software platform for the management of customer relationships, determination of credit-worthiness of potential borrowers, originating, tracking, documenting and servicing of loans and leases; a software platform providing functionality for use in supporting auto and equipment lease or loan mandates, credit-card securitization mandates, asset-backed commercial paper (ABCP) conduits, and covered bonds; and for pooling, surveillance, waterfall calculation, cost of funds (COF) calculation, asset management, liability management, settlement processing and trust accounting to asset-backed securities issuers, sponsors, investors, and administrators; each such service for use by the lending and structured finance industry.
