The mark consists of the words "American Axes" in yellow on a brown background, with the word "American" on the top line and "Axes" on the bottom line, with a red ax on both sides of of the word "Axes", each ax containing a yellow star on the blade of the ax, all below a drawing of a rising sun with an outline of brown trees on either side of the sun, with the sun being represented with a red half-circle surrounded by half concentric circles which are colored red-orange, orange, yellow orange and yellow.
