The mark consists of a circular design where the background consists of a white circle, inside of which there is a smaller red circle which is the outer ring, going further inside of it there is an inner green ring that consists of: two (2) curve lines that consists the left and right part of the inner green ring, the top of the inner green ring consists of the following: the text in green "ROJAS COMPANY" in upper case letters, in Impact font; the bottom of the inner green ring consists of the following: the text in green "Always Jumping Forward(TM)", in mixed case letters in Impact font; going further inside, below "ROJAS COMPANY" there are red letters stating: "LA RANA" in uppercase letters and in Little Comet Bubling font; and on top of "Always Jumping Forward (TM)" there are red letters stating: "SNACKS" in uppercase letters in Little Comet Bubling font.;?in the center of the mark image there is a cartoonish green frog sitting on its haunches with four (4) legs and three (3) fingers in each leg, with dark green shading on its back and legs the belly of the frog is a lighter shade of green, almost turning white, the frog is smiling with the mouth open just enough for it to take out its tongue in a funny way to the right side of its face, the frog has two (2) black nostrils, and two (2) eyes on top of its face, each eye with white iris and black pupils.
