The mark consists of a motion mark forming a design of a circle enclosed by two arches where the top arch starts out thin on the left and gradually thickens to the right and the bottom arch starts out thin on the right and gradually thickens to the left. The bottom arch moves into the frame first, from in front of the frame, coming down from the left and then up to the right. As the bottom arch moves to the back of the frame and stops, the circle appears and pulses once above the bottom arch. The top arch then rises up from the upper left of the bottom arch, travels over the top of the circle, and comes down to the upper right of the bottom arch.
