The mark consists of The seal is circular with the inscription "Evansville Colorectal Surgery" with Evansville on top and Colorectal Surgery on the bottom. The name of my surgical practice. It has the numbers 20 on the left side and 23 on the right side, representing the year 2023 when the practice was founded. The inner circle has a double layer, outer being bold and inner being thin, and encircles the icon or insignia, which represents the anatomy of a colon (large intestine) starting with the smaller hook on the left side adjacent to the 20 number, represents the distal small intestine and loops around anatomically correct to end in the lower distal rectosigmoid region. This is a modern "scripted" version of the colon which the original was hand-drawn and transposed over to computer design. This was created by a paid logo designer on FIVERR and I have all of the original vector files, text source files, and rights to the image. The logo is featured in blue color. It is featured on my website and used extensively on all legal documents at our office and throughout all hospitals in southern Indiana.
