The mark consists of a word element consisting of "TENNESSEE DOCK MASTERS CHATTANOOGA TN"; and which word element is then presented within the drawing element as being three phrasings shown in an all-caps block-lettering style and in three font sizes, and with "TENNESSEE" being in a medium font size with thick lettering, and "DOCK MASTERS" being in the largest and dominant font size with very thick lettering, and "CHATTANOOGA, TN" being in the smallest font size and with the thinnest lettering. The top layer of the design consists of a small rectangular box atop an adjoining large rectangular box and with the two boxes having contrasting backgrounds as to the other box and as against the words within each box, and with the words "DOCK" and "MASTERS" also being in contrasting hues with each; and with "TENNESSEE" being displayed within the top smaller box and with "DOCK MASTERS" being situated within the larger rectangular box and which larger box is centered atop the entire drawing with its right and left borders extending over and beyond that underlying circular design; and lastly, the phrase "CHATTANOOGA, TN" is situated within the bottom portion of the circular drawing as being directly beneath the two rectangular boxes, and with its two words being shown as in a contrast to its background. Next, the bottom layer presents three drawing elements, with two located beneath "CHATTANOOGA, TN" and one located above "TENNESSEE": First, a small color-shaped image of the State of Tennessee is shown as being in a hue contrast to its background. Second, the bottom of the circle contains a geometric depiction of four wavey form shapes depicting wave-motions caused by a waterway disturbance. The surface-water ups and downs are drawn using four thin wavy and horizontally elongated flowing forms having rising and falling thickness points within the flow of water mass and with the forms tapering off into sharp thin end points and with the wavy form shapes being surrounded by reflected light highlights emphasizing the tapering and then opposing fullness throughout the wave. Thirdly, at the top of the circular frame is a drawing of sun-rays being composed of twelve elongated triangular forms pointing towards the center of the drawing and with their forms rising upwardly and outwardly from the center to the edges of the upper circle as a depiction of sunrays emanating from an implicit central but obscured sun location at the center of the drawing.
