The middle circle is shaded orange on the top and blue on the bottom. The orange shaded portion of the middle circle contains orange pointed triangles that resemble sunbeams. The blue-shaded portion of the middle circle contains curved light blue lines that resemble waves. The innermost circle consists of four quadrants filled with the colors red, yellow, black, and white each in its own quadrant of the circle. Surrounding the innermost circle are four green leaves, four yellow ears of corn with green husks, purple berries, an orange flower, and a yellow and black butterfly.
