The mark consists of a stylized design in the shape of a large circle with twelve equal-sized segments forming a border within the large circle; at the center of the stylized design is a small circle containing a smaller circle; five equal-sized boxes with a line dividing each box are situated on the far left portion of the stylized design against the segmented border and another five boxes of the same description are situated on the far right portion of the stylized design against the segmented border; beginning at the line of the border of the five equal-sized segments situated at the top portion of the stylized design are five triangles, which extend downwards to the small circle in the center of the stylized design; the first triangle situated on the left side of the stylized design has an arrow extending from the small circle in the center of the stylized design and stopping below the border of a curved rectangle, which is situated just below a line that extends from the each side of the triangle to form an angle; the remaining triangles each have a line that extends from each side of the triangle to form an angle from which an arrow begins and continues pointing downward to the top line of a curved rectangle within the triangle; at the bottom portion of the stylized design is a circle with twelve equal-sized segments forming a border inside such circle.
