The mark consists of a word element and a design element. The word element is comprised of the wording "MRO" and then of "MANUFACTURING REPAIR & OVERSTOCK, INC" and is shown in an all-caps blocked lettering and with the "MRO" being in a very large and thick font. The design element consists of a large centered circle shown as then being rimmed by four additional successive and increasingly-larger-in-diameter circular rim-regions. The large inner circle is shown in a vibrant color hue and with the large wording of "MRO" being shown in a contrasting darker color hue; and, next, the first of the rims provides a thin framing of that inner circle. Then, the second rim which has the broadest circular rim-region, contains the remainder of the mark's wording of "MANUFACTURING REPAIR & OVERSTOCK, INC" in all caps block lettering, and is shown as being split into two arcs of words phrasing, with "MANUFACTURING REPAIR" encircling and as being the top arc, and then "& OVERSTOCK, INC" encircling and as being the bottom arc; and then with the design having two large round accent separation dots as centered at the left and right middle sides of the circle, and then that circular wording-design rim is then framed by the third rim; and, then finally the entire design mark is then framed by the fourth and last thinnest rim region.
