The mark consists of a triangle with a shooting star extending through the triangle. The triangle has a thick border and the lower left angle is made up of the streaks from the shooting star. The shooting star consists of seven streaks that begin in the lower left vertex of the triangle and narrow as they extend through the center of the right side border of the triangle and come to a point at the star located outside the border of the triangle. Underneath the triangle in all capital letters, the words "UNITED TAX AND" appear. Underneath "UNITED TAX AND" the words "ASSOCIATES LLC" appear in all capital letters.
