The mark consists of three pail-shaped containers with handles sticking up. The center container is in front of and overlapping the side two containers, all of which are above a curved rectangular shape containing the capitalized literal element, "Harvey Lipsitz Co.". Two lines arch out and up from the rectangular shape, stemming from above the "V" and "Z" of the literal element, meeting above the pail container handles to form a rainbow shape over the containers. An additional line then outlines the entirety of the rainbow shape and rectangle together, with five stars in a horizontal line below the outline at the bottom of the design. All of the stars are the same size except for the center star which is the largest.
