The mark consists of a two-dimensional design of a black champagne bottle. There is black foil on the neck and cork of the bottle, with the black wording "UN MONDE DE POSSIBILITÉS" imprinted into the foil and repeated in a diagonal direction, with a gold star in the center of the neck over the wording. There is a black band at the base of the neck of the bottle that appears to cross over, with a thin gold border. In the center of the band are the words "1959 UN MONDE DE POSSIBILITÉS" in gold. On the body of the bottle, there is a black rectangular label featuring the word CHANDON in black stylized lettering oriented vertically. This rectangle containing the word CHANDON is featured in front of and in the middle of a horizontally oriented black quadrilateral with curved sides and a thin border in a contrasting darker shade of black. The underscored word "ETOILE" in gold stylized lettering appears on the right side of the quadrilateral. The broken lines depicting the overall shape of the bottle and cap indicate placement of the mark on the goods and are not part of the mark.
